Im running late, is there a grace period

Yes. You have a 10 minute grace period. If you anticipate being late, please contact the salon as soon as possible.

I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT

You have the option to reschedule up to two times, provided that changes are made at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment.

If you need to reschedule a third time, a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

does my deposit go towards the service?

Yes. 

why do i need to pay a deposit?

Deposits are required to secure all appointments.


Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or excessive rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.


Clients who no-call, no-show will be charged 50% of the service fee. Full payment will be required to book a new appointment

Can i pay a cash deposit?

Cash deposits are accepted. All cash deposits must be paid at least 48 hours before your potential appointment.

CAN I STILL BE SEEN IF IM PAST THE GRACE PERIOD

Unfortunately, no. Being late will result in a canceled appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.

DO I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your appointment at least 36 hours in advance, your deposit may be applied toward a future appointment or refunded

can i bring my friend

Due to limited space, extra guests and children are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

This ensures a comfortable and professional environment for both clients and staff

All sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, closures, clip-ins and bundles cannot be returned.

after hour service

After-hours appointments are available upon request for an additional fee ($50 per hour). Please inquire for availability and total pricing.
